Dispatch Plan
Total Plan from the consolidated Apr'26 sheet after the selected filters are applied.
Actual Shipped
Total Shipped from the same Apr'26 sheet, including negative shipped rows such as sales returns when they exist.
Pending Confirm Orders
Confirmed pipeline still to close. In this version it is Pending Production + Customer Confirmation After COA + Pending Advance, all from the same Apr'26 sheet.
Orders to Book
Pending rows still sitting in the booking bucket, mainly OYC / not-yet-released order lines from the consolidated sheet.
Pending Production
Export pending production comes from Confirmed Dispatch rows with blank COA status. Domestic pending production uses the sheet's domestic pending marker and Confirm Dispatch rows to isolate orders already inside execution.
Customer Confirmation After COA
Rows with COA status = COA shared or mkt to confirm. These are the orders that need customer confirmation after documentation is already shared.
Pending Advance
Rows marked Payment awaited. This is customer-side delay, meaning dispatch is waiting on advance or payment release from the customer.
Others
Sum of risk-type rows such as Demand Shortfall, Supply Shortfall, FG diverted, Under discussion, and future tags like Country Issue or Orders at Risk.
Open Breakdown
The three cards below the graph follow the selected business filter and split only the confirmed open pipeline into Pending Production, Customer Confirmation After COA, and Pending Advance.
Top Salesperson Gaps
Grey bar is plan. The covered portion is Shipped + Pending Confirm Orders, and the red segment is the remaining uncovered gap by salesperson.
Why chart and top tiles differ
The rep chart focuses on closure coverage only. It uses Plan, Shipped, and Pending Confirm Orders; it does not add Orders to Book or Others into the covered value.
